Human beings are relational beings. We form relationships with people all the time and at various levels: husband, wife, partner, friend, work colleague and sometimes we have difficulties with some of these relationships.

Counselling can help individuals explore relational patterns and discover what might be contributing to the cause of any difficulty. It can then be used to help identify what might be useful to change and ways of going about making the change.

We offer counselling to help individuals address their relationship difficulty. At the moment we only work with individuals but can suggest other therapists or services who offer couples therapy if that is appropriate.
